We fully understand how the spread of Covid-19 has dramatically affected your life and your intent to execute your travel plans. The global travel community is trying, like everyone, to navigate this extraordinary situation.

Adhering the Greek government announcement on May15th that all greek tourist accommodations will re-open on June 15th, our priority is to treat all our guests with the respect you deserve and offer the same or even higher level of service when you visit Zakynthos and our accommodation.

STAYING HEALTHY & SAFE DURING YOUR FUTURE STAY WITH US – OUR ACTIONS:

• We support and follow the guidelines and recommendations of local and health authorities.
• All staff members have been already provided information and follow special instructions about COVID-19
• We have increased the already applied measures on hand hygienee.
• We have increased our cleaning and hygiene protocols adjusted to the instructions about COVID-19.
• We follow a regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals, light switches and sockets with anti-bacterial liquids.
• We plan to offer disinfectant dispensers in public areas to our guests
• Check in can be done in open area
• Sterilize sunbeds and bed covers with approved disinfectants.
• Villa’s keys will be disinfected and placed in a sterilized bag before the arrival of our guests.
• All remote controls (TV, Air-Conditioning) will have disposable covers .
• Daily maintenance of the Swimming Pool and disinfection through chlorination will be carried out
• There will be a predetermined time for the cleaning of the rooms and in general the areas of the accommodation after consultation in order to keep the safety distances between our guests and our staff.
• Visitors are allowed as long as all protection and hygiene procedures are strictly observed (gloves, masks, use of disinfectant, etc.) and with the permission of the owners.
